Yak N Yoga
Jana began practicing yoga and is inspired daily by practicing a wide variety of yoga
styles. Her classes are a mix of traditional hatha, use of Anusara alignment techniques, a dynamic core
practice, as well as alternating balance in motion with long-held posture. Focus is on a strong core,
healthy spine alignment and revitalization. Shushanna Tamman has been teaching since 2009 (320 hour Yoga Training). She is trained in Precision Alignment Yoga, which strives to align the body, calm the mind and rejuvenate the spirit. Bringing the body into alignment lets the body reduce pain and function with ease, giving the organs space to function effortlessly. Every class includes the physical yoga practice, deep breathing exercises, relaxation and mediation.
Each class designed to calm the mind and release stress of the every day. These classes also nurture the spirit by studying the yoga philosophies that offer the opportunity for happiness and peace, so that you are able to better enjoy your every day.
Yak -n- Yoga, every Sunday (weather permitting) at 9:30
One hour of yoga, which includes the physical practice, breathing exercises, relaxation, and meditation. Followed by coffee or tea and yoga discussion. Full brunch available if participants choose to stay at 10% off (excluding Easter and Mother's Day)
