Start your Sundays off right with Yogamosa - an hour of yoga by the river with Shushanna Tamman. Class is for all ages and abilities and teaches good body posture and alignment through yoga. Class includes deep breathing exercises, physical yoga practice, a deep guided relaxation and a short meditation.
