Aromas of sliced pears with hints of stones. Medium body, a dense center palate & flavors of pear & light cream. Fresh fruity finish.

 

Mains

Sesame seared ahi tuna, ginger slaw, Thai chili aioli, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, wasabi

Chardonnay - Etude 91 pts / Grace Benoist Ranch, Carneros, California

A pure, distinguished Chardonnay, rich and concentrated, yet elegantly vibrant. Lemon curd, pear, apple & citrus palate. The notable concentration of fruit comes from the low yielding selections and a subtle sur lie note adds nuance and depth.

Pork loin roulade stuffed with goat cheese & arugula,  potatoes au gratin

Côtes du Rhône - E. Guigal 90 pts / Rhône, France

Brilliant ruby. Vibrant cherry and cassis aromas are complimented by hints of licorice, violet and floral Sappy, gently sweet dark fruit flavors show very good energy, and a peppery nuance adds lift and spicy bite. Finishes smoky and long, with supple tannins sneaking in late to add shape.

 

Duck breast, lavender honey glaze, risotto with asparagus, cremini mushrooms, parmesan

Langhe Nebbiolo - Renato Ratti 91 pts / Piedmont province, Italy

Delicate and lasting aromas, strawberry and raspberry nose followed by pleasant savory and earthy notes.A velvety wine, blending a full body and rich flavors with a balanced finesse and long, graceful finish.

 

Dessert

French vanilla bean bread pudding, fresh cream

Santa Marina - Prosecco / Prosecco , Italy

Pale golden hue with elegant notes of honey, jasmine and wisteria. Hints of apple and white peach with a well-balanced refreshing and crisp acidity.
