Devil's Night Wine Dinner, October 30

Escape for an evening of culinary adventure. Chef Andre Compres has prepared an exquisite five-course tasting of fresh and innovative dishes. Join us for this exclusive adventure to explore fine wines specifically matched for each course as Chef guides you through each course and explains the ingredients and cooking techniques that make each dish a culinary treat. The wines paired with each course will be discussed by expert Paul Serafimoff.

This voyage begins at 5pm and guests must be seated by 5:45pm. There will be a maximum of 30 guests. Tickets are $160 per person plus 20% service, and tax.

Riverpark Terrace is hosting four seasonal wine dinners per year – October 30 will focus on fall flavors and mischievous fun to bring in Halloween. We are proud to be the only female-owned venue in New Smyrna Beach with a female executive chef at its helm. Chef Andre has been cooking up miracles in the kitchen at Riverpark Terrace for over a year and is now the Executive Culinary Artist hea­­ding the restaurant. Growing up cooking in her grandmother’s kitchen, Andre draws inspiration from her old family recipes, experiences gathered on the road, and her friends and mentors. Her culinary style is described as “refined, delicate, and nostalgic". She strives to cater to our community by listening, and exploring the local culture and trends in order to serve food that is meaningful and tells a story.
